Hi! My name is Torie, otherwise known as "T". I'm a mom to two beautiful girls (4 & 6), with a passion for baking- more specifically a passion for baking sourdough. I grew up in the food service industry. From the time I was 13 I was working in my family restaurant side by side with my dad. It wasn't until I had my first daughter that I stopped working in the kitchen and started working on the operations and admin aspects of the business. Tragically, in July of 2023 my dad passed away. Not only was I left without my dad and best friend, but the family business was no longer- I didn't have a boss and I didn't have a job. After my father's passing, I didn't bake for months... That might not sound like a big deal, but for me it was- I was a daily baker. When I finally started baking again the direction I ought to take became clear. I hope the love poured into every loaf I bake shows and brings joy to you and your family!
