Hi! I’m Torie—most people know me as “T.” I’m a mom of three girls and the baker behind Bread by T. My love for baking started early, working in my family’s restaurant alongside my dad from the time I was 13.
After my dad passed away in 2023, life changed in ways I never expected. Baking—something I had done every day for years—stopped for a while. When I finally found my way back to it, I realized it was exactly where I was meant to be.
Bread by T was born from that moment. Every loaf I bake carries the same love, care, and tradition that started in my family kitchen. My hope is that it brings a little joy to your table too.

Great bread starts with simple, honest ingredients. Traditional sourdough requires only a few things: flour, water, and salt.
At Bread by T, I use unbleached wheat flour (organic), sea salt, and filtered water to create bread that’s flavorful, nourishing, and naturally fermented.

Bread by T is a small cottage bakery, which means every loaf and pastry is handcrafted in small batches.
Nothing is rushed or mass-produced. Each bake is carefully prepared, fermented, shaped, and baked so you can enjoy true artisan sourdough—without the work of making it yourself.
