Bread by T is a small-batch sourdough micro-bakery based in Castle Rock, Colorado.


Whether you're preordering your weekly favorites, shopping at a local market, or discovering our bread at a community farmstand, we're making it easier to enjoy handcrafted sourdough close to home.

Order your favorite artisan sourdough, specialty loaves, pastries, and seasonal baked goods through our online shop.


Our weekly preorder menu allows you to reserve your favorites for convenient pickup in the Founders Village neighborhood of Castle Rock.

Location: Founders Village, Castle Rock, CO


Ordering: Online Preorders, 


Pickup: Friday 9AM-7PM

Please note that Bread by T is a home-based cottage bakery and does not have a walk-in storefront.
